Capital humano
La teoría del capital humano investiga las diversas formas en cómo los individuos, la economía y la sociedad se benefician a partir de la inversión en las personas. Como hemos señalado anteriormente, los logros de la formación para empresas se manifiestan a medio y largo plazo.

- Mantener al personal en unas cotas altas de capacitaciòn evita en gran medida los costes de nuevas incorporaciones de personas que cubran los nuevos perfiles con las mínimas garantías.
