Se han desarrollado varias metodologías de medición de compromiso de los empleados. La primera encuesta y la más extendida, surgida en la década de los 90 del pasado siglo, es la Q12.
Se trata de un sistema de feedback con el que empresarios, directivos y altos responsables corporativos id
entifiquen qué elementos ligan al trabajador con la organización.
Consiste en un cuestionario con 12 preguntas: que identifican el nivel de compromiso de los trabajadores.
