Módulos del examen de nivel de formación ITIL Managing Professional (MP) Transition
Los módulos a evaluar en el examen de nivel de formación ITIL de transición incluyen:
- Create, Deliver and Support (CDS): Actividades ‘centrales’ de gestión de servicios y expansión de la actual formación ITIL hasta cubrir la ‘creación’ de servicios integrando diferentes flujos de valor y actividades para crear, entregar y brindar soporte a productos y servicios habilitados por TI, mientras cubre prácticas, métodos y herramientas de soporte. - High Velocity IT (HVIT): Exploración del funcionamiento en entornos de alta velocidad de organizaciones digitales y los modelos operativos digitales, asistiendo organizaciones en transformación a operar de manera similar a las organizaciones nativas digitales. Se incluyen prácticas de trabajo tipo Agile y Lean, Cloud, Automation y Automatic Testing, centrándose en la entrega rápida de productos y servicios para obtener el máximo valor. Está dirigido a gerentes de TI y profesionales involucrados en servicios digitales o proyectos de transformación digital que trabajan en o para entornos de alta velocidad y/o rendimiento.
- Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI): Proporciona habilidades prácticas necesarias para crear una organización de TI de “aprendizaje y mejora”, bajo una dirección estratégica sólida y efectiva a través dela influencia y el impacto de las formas de trabajo ágiles, aprovechándose de forma provechosa para la organización al brindar una mejora continua con la agilidad necesaria. Se dirige a gerentes de todos los niveles involucrados en la configuración de la dirección y la estrategia o en el desarrollo de un equipo en permanente mejora.
- ITIL 4 Foundation proporciona los conceptos clave necesarios para entender la evolución del ciclo de vida de ITIL 3 al sistema de valor del servicio (SVS) de ITIL®4.
El examen de la formación «Managing Professional (MP) de Transición
Los conocimientos adquiridos durante la formación ITIL de transición serán sometidos a una prueba de 90 minutos (+25% idioma no nativo) similar a la del anterior itinerario (preguntas de aplicación práctica y cuatro opciones de respuesta).
